Set across The Balfour Winery 400-acre estate, this gentle vinyasa flow session is designed to stretch the body, steady the breath, and quieten everything else for a while.
Suitable for beginners and improvers, it’s less about perfect poses and more about finding some room to move among the vines.
After yoga, guests will enjoy a guided tasting of three Balfour wines, led by one of our team who will happily explain why this all makes perfect sense.
A shuttle bus runs from Marden station from 9:30am, with arrival from 10am. Please bring a mat, comfortable clothing, sun protection, and water.
Flatbreads and sharing platters are available to order on the day (with a 10% discount), and guests are welcome to explore the estate at their own pace.
