Yoga in the Garden

This will be a playful, revitalising practice to connect you to your inner child and the freedom and joy that we all have the capacity to connect to, when we allow ourselves to play. This one hour outdoor yoga session will take place on the South Lawn prior to the Garden opening, and will be followed by fresh juice and a healthy snack where guests can come together to get guidance and inspiration from Calli.

Calli is a Senior Yoga Teacher, who teaches a fluid, playful and embodied yoga style, focusing on bringing you home to yourself on every layer. She is passionate about yoga being accessible for everybody and believes that no one alignment fits all, encouraging students to enquire and move from a place of playful exploration.

Prior experience is not required; beginners are welcome.

Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring water for the session, and a throw or blanket to stay warm.

Cost: £20.00 (including Garden admission following the session, and a fresh juice and a healthy snack)
