Join a laid-back studio session where you will have the chance to sketch and drink in a friendly and informal environment, supported by an experienced artist educator.
Studio tables will be set up with a selection of interesting items, flowers, fruits etc for you to arrange and sketch in whatever way you choose.
Everyone is welcome and those with no drawing experience are actively encouraged to join and have a go! This is not a taught workshop, but the artist educator will be on hand to give you advice and support as needed. (all materials provided)
This session will be accompanied by background music and Pallant Café will be open to purchase a range of drinks. A workshop ticket also gives you access to the rest of the gallery and exhibitions during the Thursday Late event between 5pm to 8.30pm.
During Thursday Lates, Pallant House Gallery is open until 8.30pm one Thursday per month (apart from exhibition changeover months of May and November), so you can take in the collection and exhibitions after hours and enjoy expert talks, tours and drop-in creative activities in the galleries. Pallant Café will be open serving a selection of food and drink and the Bookshop will be open to browse fabulous art books.
