Bring the family to discover all the exciting activities you'll be able to take part in at Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve this year!
Whether you're a reserve regular looking forward to the Visitor Centre reopening, or you've just found out Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve exists, join us for this family event where we'll introduce you to some of the activities you can get involved in across the year!
We'll start with a simple wildlife-inspired craft activity at the Visitor Centre, before going on a short nature walk through the reserve- so make sure you wrap up warm and wear your wellies!
After all that exploring it will be time to have a sit down and enjoy a hot chocolate, while our knowledgeable team answer your questions about the wildlife that calls Sevenoaks Reserve home.
They'll also be able to answer questions from adults about activities that will available later in the year, including our award-winning Holiday Club and exciting outdoor Birthday Parties.
Show your ticket for this event at the till to receive 10% off cafe purchases during your visit. Why not try out our new menu by arriving in time for lunch before the event starts, or treat yourselves to a coffee to enjoy while the children are busy crafting?
Already know you'd like to book a future event? You can see upcoming events for families here Family Events | Kent Wildlife Trust, or book a birthday party here Wilder Birthday Parties | Kent Wildlife Trust.
Please be aware that tickets for this event are being offered at a special reduced rate as we celebrate the reopening of the Sevenoaks Wildlife Reserve Visitor Centre. If you've never visited before, or your children haven't attended outdoor, nature-based activities before, it's the perfect opportunity to come along and try it out!
Children must be supervised at all times by their accompanying adult. Everyone is welcome, but the activities are most suited to primary school aged children. We find people often like to bring large groups to these events, so to help with capacity and ensure as many children as possible can attend we charge a small amount for any adults attending above one per child.
Charges apply to use the car park (card/app payments only).
