Enjoy a mindful walk collecting items to create a nature mandala offering a relaxed and creative way to connect to nature this autumn.
Take time to slow down and walk mindfully on the beautiful Sevenoaks nature reserve soaking up the colours of the season. Then get creative by making your own nature mandala using natural materials. During this relaxed session, you'll gather leaves, stones, and other seasonal treasures before arranging them into a simple, eye catching design that reflects the colours and patterns of the outdoors.
A member of Kent Wildlife Trust's Wellbeing Team and all the materials and tools you'll need will be provided. Remember we'll be outdoors, so come dressed for the weather and wear comfortable footwear for walking.
Led by a member of the wellbeing team, this session offers a chance to step outside, slow down, and reconnect with nature in an accessible, down to earth way.
Remember we'll be outdoors, so come dressed for the weather and wear comfortable footwear for walking.
