Weekend Wellness: Walk and Leaf Printing invites you to engage with the natural world in a mindful and creative way. Using simple tools, and nature as your inspiration, you'll feel the benefits of getting out into the great outdoors at Sevenoaks.
During the event you will go for a gentle guided walk around the reserve and have the opportunity to try your hand at leaf printing which is also known as Hapa Zome. Create beautiful artwork out of natural plant material.
This event will be led by a member of Kent Wildlife Trust's Wellbeing Team and all the materials and tools you'll need will be provided. Remember we'll be outdoors, so come dressed for the weather and wear comfortable footwear for walking.
