Trunks across the Thames art trail
Berkshire
Berkshire
This summer get out and explore Windsor, Eton and Slough in a new way with the colourful family-friendly 'Trunks across the Thames' art trail.
This free art trail will see visitors and residents stomping around the towns searching out a herd of 30 large artist-designed elephant sculptures alongside around 50 smaller elephants from the 13th July - 13th September 2026. This fantastic creative trail in support of Thames Hospice is a great way to get out and explore, combining colour and creativity with these amazing art installations across these popular Berkshire towns.
The elephants will be stampeding into streets, parks and open spaces across the towns creating an open-air art gallery. Visitors will be able to download a trail map and at each stop find out more about the artists and their choosen designs. The finale of the trail finishes with an auction of the elephants to raise funds for the hospice.
Organised by Wild in Art this trail is free, family-friendly, offers great photo opportunities and offers a great reason to get out and explore.
