The Sussex Guild is delighted to be exhibiting at Eastbourne College, another new venue for the Guild this year. It's a stone's throw from Towner gallery, in this culturally rich coastal town.
Members will be showing wonderful examples of handmade ceramics, furniture, glass, jewellery, knitwear, metalsmithing, textiles and woodwork. Work will be on display throughout the sports hall in the impressive Winn Building.
Our makers look forward to meeting you to discuss design inspirations and craft techniques. You'll have the opportunity to buy, or commission bespoke pieces.
An inviting college café will be serving refreshments throughout the weekend, and there are plenty of cafés within the nearby Devonshire Quarter, Eastbourne's cultural centre, as well as the seafront promenade.
Car parks at Devonshire Park and Wish Tower are nearby. There is metered and free on-street parking around the venue and on the seafront.
The Winn Building is a flat walk of less than a mile from Eastbourne Railway Station.
Admission: £4 at the door (card payments accepted), students & children free.
