We'd love you to join us on a three month journey designed to help you feel comfortable and confident in Nature.
Over three months you'll learn simple ways to connect, relax and engage in the natural world. Weather you are a parent, caregiver or are someone looking to unwind and boost wellbeing.
This is the perfect opportunity to build new skills and enjoy the outdoors. These workshops are designed to make people more comfortable and confident in nature, spending three hours walking round the gardens exploring and making new connections and friends, doing breathing and reflection exercises all designed to help people connect with nature with wellbeing at it's core.
Who it's for ?
We particularly welcome individuals who may be experiencing mental health challenges, are from under-served communities or have limited experience of engaging with nature.
We are able to provide free transport to and from Haywards Heath station.
