Our Midsomer Murders Cruises aboard The Waterman are hosted by a specialist guide who's knowledge on the TV sensation is superb.
You will be taken past many murderous locations along the Thames and will be informed of the episodes they featured in, the perfect cruise for any fans of this show!
During the cruise you will be served a delicious afternoon tea by the award winning Time for Tea.
The Locations:
Henley often stands in for Causton, the HQ of Inspector Barnaby, and locations along the beautiful River Thames have proved irresistible to the directors in many episodes. Much of your guided cruise will be along the world famous Henley Royal Regatta course, which featured heavily as the chairman’s murder site in “Dead in the Water”. You will also cruise past Hambleden Mill and Weir, which have featured as victims’ final destinations in two further episodes, including “The Animal Within”
Other Midsomer locations you’ll see include:
The magnificent Henley Business School at Greenlands which became the “Belvoir Health Club and Spa” in “The Flying Club”
The village of Remenham which was used extensively as the village of Elverden in “Country matters”
Other locations used in “Dark Secrets”, “Last Year’s Model” and “Stranglers Wood”
