Join us for a relaxed and inspiring workshop to design a lampshade to match your upholstery, curtains, wallpaper or any room theme.
Using a professional kit, you will make a 30cm Drum Lampshade from the covering of your choice, which can be used as a pendant/ceiling light, or with a suitable table lamp. The lamp will connect with UK and European lamp holders or pendant fittings. You will need to bring with you either wallpaper or fabric, size 970mm x 255mm high, with the pattern repeat running vertically.
You'll work in pairs, with two sets of hands making the process easier, while Gilli from MadeAmazing guides you through each step. This session is perfect for both beginners and experienced makers.
Light refreshments will be provided, and all tools and materials are supplied – just remember to bring your own lampshade covering.
