Sparkling wine production is at the heart of everything we do, we are fortunate to share the same chalky flint soils, Kimmeridge clay, that run down into northern France making our terroir perfect for growing the key grape varieties used in premium sparkling wine production:
With this experience, you are taken through a selection of 5 of our best-selling and recommended wines by one of our trained and professional experts. You will be shown the ideal method for tasting still and sparkling wines, including our award-winning Silver Reign and our complex and brilliant vintage Chardonnay.
The experience takes place in our cozy cellar door where you will be able to find out about the business and the land, which can trace its heritage all the way back to the Norman conquest.
