• A Personal Visit to Santa: More than just a quick hello, this is a private, personalised grotto experience both you and your children will remember forever.
• Theatrical Performances: Watch the story unfold around you as Santa and his elves guide your family through magical, interactive scenes where your family become part of the story.
• Hands-On Festive Workshops: From decorating biscuits in Mrs Claus’ Bakery to preparing reindeer food for Christmas Eve, writing postcards in Dash’s Post Office, or building decorations in the Elves’ Workshop, children can get fully involved with every aspect of The Quest.
• Market Square Magic: Toast marshmallows over open fire pits, warm up with festive refreshments, and soak up the atmosphere under twinkling lights.
• Take A Visit to The Toy Exchange: Instead of being handed a gift, children will unlock the magic themselves by choosing a toy from Santa’s Toy Exchange, a wonderful keepsake of their participation in The Quest.
