Person with Binoculars looks out from a wildlife hide

About

Want to know the difference between a coot and a moorhen? Or how to recognise the different species of geese and gulls?

This guided walk is ideal for adults who are new to birdwatching and would like to gain confidence in identification of common wetland birds. Lead by our learning team, you will visit several hides and lean practical tips for spotting and recognising the birds that frequent the wetlands during the winter.

If you have your own binoculars, feel free to bring them, we also have a few to borrow on the day. The walk will begin at 10:30 and last approximately 2 hours.

Time: 10:30am – 12:30pm
When: Mon 2nd November & Sat 21st November
Cost: £15 per person, plus price of centre admission ticket.

WWT members admitted to centre for free.
Please note: This walk is for adults - 18+ years.
