The Head Chef mirrors the stylish setting in his seasonal Set Menus, revealing delicate flavours of modern traditional British cuisine, accompanied by an extensive choice of the finest wines and complimented by a discreet service. Ideal for corporate lunches, casual evenings or those special romantic occasions. Also offering a superb authentic Asian menu for the more adventurous. Most importantly you must leave space for the exceptional desserts – there is even a pâtisserie who prepares an array of tempting treats, well worth the extra calories.

The Caprice Terrace provides the ideal opportunity for outdoor dining. If you prefer something a bit more informal, try the stunning Monty’s Lounge Bar. You can choose from a selection of light bites or a wide range of quality bar meals, including popular authentic Indian specialties. If you are after a quick, value for money breakfast or lunch, try Monty’s daily specials or the express lunch menu. The Afternoon High Teas with a chilled Glass of Prosecco are also highly recommended. Alternatively, settle for a creative signature Cocktail on the Terrace overlooking landscaped podium gardens. The hotel is transformed at night with music from the talented resident Pianist. Non-residents are always welcome.
