Thames River Cruise was established in 1974 when it all started very simply with one small open launch operating from Caversham to Mapledurham.
Things have moved on considerably. All our vessels are of the finest standing on the Upper Thames and are constantly being updated to meet the most stringent of standards. Our staff and crew are trained not only to the exacting requirements of Boatmanship expected by the Marine Safety Agency, but also in customer care to ensure that we provide the highest level of service.
Our in-house catering can provide anything from sandwiches to a complete banquet. We have an extensive range of menus and can alter the cuisine to suit your individual requirements.
We are able to combine with local hotels and attractions such as Mapledurham House or Beale Park for other land-based activities.
The range of entertainment on board is almost endless with Jazz bands, Rock Bands, String Quartets, Karaoke, Discos and Casino Tables, to suit all ages and tastes.
Our main aim is to provide the perfect venue for your occasion, supplemented with suitable entertainment, a superb standard of food and excellent service.
