Cabinet Rooms was formed by two bearded gentlemen living in Winchester, who are firm believers in indulging yourself in a little bit of what you fancy...as often as you can.
We invite you to visit this little cafe - bar opposite the Theatre Royal Winchester on Jewry Street. Open all day, serving light meals, specialty coffee, excellent teas, interesting wines, classic cocktails, low and non alcohol spirits and potions.
