The Greyhound on the Test announces pop-up events at The Orangery in Winchester

The Greyhound on the Test – the superb 2 AA Rosette restaurant with rooms in Stockbridge, Hampshire - is excited to announce a series of pop-up events in conjunction with The Orangery, the relaxed all-day restaurant located in the heart of Winchester.

Phill Bishop, Executive Chef of WILDS Events and The Greyhound on the Test has curated a menu showcasing stunning seasonal produce found throughout Hampshire. Paired with fantastic wines from Wine Utopia, the team will be bringing the tastes of The Greyhound on the Test to the people of Winchester.

There will be a 3-course set menu on offer priced £49.00 per person, including a welcome glass of bubbles. Menus will change weekly to reflect the changing seasons, with dishes including:

Starter: Smoked test trout roulette, pickled cucumber, fennel, dill, crème fraiche, brioche, bronze fennel and horseradish
Main: Hampshire lamb loin, shoulder tartlet, salt baked celeriac, sheep's curd, roasted broccoli and baby carrots
Dessert: Bitter chocolate Delice, Hampshire blackberry, Aero, buttermilk sorbet and sugared hazelnuts

The arrival time for the event is 7:30 pm for a 7:45 pm start.
