Established in 1989, The Crooked Billet has been proudly cooking for Henley locals and various famous faces for decades. A large and varied daily changing menu, specialising in local and British produce. Good seasonal British seafood and a legendary annual lobster festival. A blackboard on the front door encourages guests to swap their home-grown delicacies for lunch. Regular music nights feature artists from huge bands such as The Hollies, ELO, The Who, Status Quo and so many more.

Discover the art of great cooking at The Crooked Billet. Join chef Paul Clerehugh at the exclusive cookery demos – a relaxed, fun and delicious experience for food lovers. Arrive at 10:30am for drinks, cakes & bubbly, then sit back and enjoy Paul preparing some of the pub's favourite dishes with plenty of foodie chat and tasting along the way. You'll receive a recipe booklet, enjoy a champagne and canapes reception finishing with a 3 course lunch with matching wines served at your table. It's a perfect blend of learning, tasting and social dining – ideal for anyone who loves great food and great company!


Ending around 3pm, taxis may be a good idea! Tickets are £150pp and make great presents!

11:30am | Take your seats, Paul Clerehugh demo, lots of food & wine tasting, fun & chat


1pm | Champagne & canapes special luncheon menu. Selection of starters, mains & desserts. Wine included as well as demo recipe booklet. Coffee & homemade Crooked Billet fudge


3pm | Luncheon complete, taxis & departure
