As part of our Celebration of English Wine Week we are holding a Sushi and Sparkling Wine event on Thursday 26th June, 5pm to 9pm.
Join us at the Vineyard for an evening of handcrafted sushi platters, paired perfectly with our award winning wines. Tropical Sushi's menu is inspired by the best seasonal ingredients, including ethically sustainable fish from Brighton's local fishermen, ensuring the freshest flavours.
From the melt-in-your-mouth Andrea Roll with crunchy king prawn tempura to the finger-licking gyoza salsa with sesame & dragon dressing, all crave-worthy bites paired beautifully with sparkling wine.
