Join us for a slow, embodied practice designed to help you land, listen, and let go, not by forcing release, but by creating the conditions for it to happen naturally. The practice will take place in the tranquillity of the South Lawn after hours, offering an opportunity to step out of the rush and back into the quiet intelligence of your body.
You'll move with unhurried, mindful transitions that prioritise sensation over shape and breath over effort. Each posture becomes a place to arrive, to feel the ground beneath you, and to allow your nervous system to settle into a deeper sense of safety and support.
Rooted in the rhythms of nature, this practice invites you to notice what's happening around you and within you – the subtle shifts of light, breath, temperature, and attention. There will be space to reflect, to sense what's composting and what's quietly beginning, and to reconnect with what truly nourishes you.
Come as you are. Leave a little softer, a little more grounded, and a little more at home in yourself.
No prior experience is required – beginners are welcome. Yoga mats will be provided. Please bring water for the session, and a throw or blanket to stay warm.
