Elfenezer has lost his Christmas spirit. The Golden Ledger is locked, and Father Christmas needs visitors to help put Christmas back on course before the big night.

This Christmas, families can step through the doors of the Dockyard secret substation and into a brand-new magical Mission Christmas adventure.

Visitors will journey through Elfenezer's Past, Present, and Future, taking on festive challenges and searching for the keys that will unlock the Golden Ledger. Completing the mission rewards brave helpers with a magical meeting with Father Christmas.

Meet Elfenezer

Deep inside the secret substation, all is not as merry as it should be…

Elfenezer was once one of Father Christmas's happiest and most creative elves, but these days, he has become the biggest grump in the Dockyard. He has forgotten the joy of Christmas, replacing it with rigid lists and relentless efficiency.

Christmas parties? Cancelled.

Carol singing? Banned.

Hot chocolate breaks? A thing of the past.

Christmas cards? Far too sentimental.

And as for giving gifts?

BAH HUMBUG!

Worst of all, Elfenezer has locked away the Golden Ledger. Without it, Father Christmas doesn't know what children across the world are wishing for this year.

That's where visitors come in…

Guests are invited to step through the doors of the secret substation and become part of Elfenezer's Christmas story. As families journey through his Past, Present, and Future, they will uncover forgotten memories and discover the joyful elf Elfenezer once was.

Along the way, families will tackle festive challenges, bring much-needed merriment back to the substation, and help Elfenezer rediscover the true spirit of Christmas. Most importantly, visitors must find the magic keys and unlock the Golden Ledger to save Christmas before the big night.

The mission doesn't end there—someone very special will be waiting at the finish line. Every adventure completes with a magical meeting with Father Christmas.
