Cruise from Caversham in Reading to Goring-on-thames and visit this outstanding area of natural beauty.
Passing through Mapledurham Lock, Pangbourne Meadows and Goring this is one of most memorable stretches of the Thames, with an option to return later by boat. The trips also includes passing under Whitchurch toll bridge, Gatehampton Bridge before arriving at Goring Lock.
Hot and Cold drinks are available. This cruise allows you enough time for lunch ashore before returning downstream.
Goring is a perfect place for walkers and those wanting to experience the Thames Path, Ridgeway or Icknield Way. The village of Goring straddles the River Thames with Goring sitting in Oxfordshire and Streatley in Berkshire. This 'twin' destination is linked by the historic Goring and Streatly Bridge, lock and weir.
