The fantastically successful award-winning Basingstoke Festival returns this summer 2026. This event is a must for your calendar and is a fantastic opportunity for those living or visiting Hampshire over the summer.
Over three weekends (Friday 19th June to Sunday 5th July 26) the festival brings together the best of Basingstoke’s local talent, alongside world-class performances from across the globe. Much of the programme is free and varied for all ages to find something to enjoy, expect fabulous street theatre and captivating acts from breathtaking aerial dance, comedy and circus, acrobatics, eccentric juggling and absurd acts of balance.

Getting to this event is easier than you think, with direct trains from London Waterloo, Winchester, Reading, Oxford, Southampton and Portsmouth. The train and bus stations are within walking distance Basingstoke town centre ready to enjoy the festival.
