Head to Basingstoke, Hampshire this October half term for a host of free fun activities and events for kids from 3 - 13 to enjoy.
Running from Wednesday 28th October - Friday 30th October 2026 at the Top of Town, visitors and residents alike can enjoy the chance to have a go at an array of crafty and entertaining events. These pop up events include Slime Workshops, Potion Making and lots more.
Combine these with the towns fantastic shopping and entertainment facilities, Basingstoke makes for a great family day out.
The Top of the Town is located at the historic northern end of Basingstoke town centre, centered around Market Place and Wote Street, just a short walk uphill from the Basingstoke mainline railway station and close to the Festival Place and The Malls shopping centers.
