Situated in the rural outskirts of Horsham, Walnut Studio, Walnut Cottage and Walnut Barn are three distinctive, luxury properties available to rent fully furnished and serviced. The properties can be rented on a self-catering basis individually for up to 2, 4, or 10 guests respectively, or together for 16+ guests. They are ideally suited to holiday accommodation, for short-term stays in between selling and buying a house, special occasions including small weddings and family celebrations, small business team conferences. We can provide a fine dining catering service to suit the occasion. We have a team of qualified wellness instructors and therapists offering a range of wellness services including yoga, Pilates, massage (various styles), reflexology, reiki, sound baths, beauty treatments and breath therapy.

Accommodation capacity

• Walnut Barn: 4 king-sized double bedrooms, 1 twin-bedded room, sleeping up to 10 guests
• Walnut Cottage: 1 king-sized double bedroom, 1 twin-bedded room, sleeping up to 4 guests
• Walnut Studio: 1 king-sized double bedroom, sleeping up to 2 guests
• Total sleeping capacity: 16 guests as above. Additional capacity available by arrangement for up to 4 guests.

Capacity for other groups

• Wellness retreats and small business conferences – suitable for groups of up to 12.
• Fine dining available for events attached to the hire of the entire property, serving up to 32 guests – subject to parking constraints.

Provisions

The properties are rented on a self-catering basis, but we provide an initial supply of the following items:

Kitchen: Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen roll, quality tea & ground coffee, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, bin liners, anti-bac spray, tea towels.

Bathrooms: Toilet rolls, Cole & Lewis shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, hand/body cream. Bath and hand towels, bath/shower mats, towelling robes are provided.

BBQs: Charcoal, kindling, fire-lighters, matches, cooking utensils.

Log-burning stove: Complimentary supply of logs, kindling, fire-lighters, matches.

Outside space: private rear garden with raised terrace and garden furniture. BBQ available. Feature lighting. Hot tub hire is available by arrangement and subject to additional charges.
