Autumn is often regarded as the season to set new intentions, cultivate a sense of peace and purpose, and explore one's well-being.
Wasing Park near Aldermaston, in the heart of the Berkshire countryside, offers a monthly ‘Saturday Swim & Sauna’ package. Welcoming up to 12 people, the visit includes an invigorating wild swim in the woodland lake, set in the heart of the estate, time in the authentic Scandinavian sauna, followed by a warming lunch from our lakeside firepit, and a sweet treat.
The two-and-a-half-hour package is next available on Saturdays every month - visit the website to see all available dates and to book.
