About

Join us at Wasing Estate in Berkshire for a heart-opening day retreat rooted in nature, designed to restore balance, presence and connection.

This immersive experience brings together guided somatic breathwork, time in the ancient woodlands, and optional wild swimming and sauna, with the day beginning and ending in our yoga studio. A nourishing vegetarian lunch and refreshments are included.

The retreat is guided by Rebecca Dennis, an experienced somatic breathwork practitioner and trauma-informed counsellor.
