Wicked Witch of the Wild Wood Storytelling
Limited places, Includes hot chocolate for the children and marshmallow toasting over an open fire
Creep quietly down the leaf-trodden path and emerge in our forest clearing where a warming hot chocolate will be awaiting you. Take a seat under the cover of our yurt and brace yourself... the witch is about to emerge from her dwelling! Storytelling suitable for children of all ages.
Not-So Spooky Storytelling
Ideal for smaller scarers, our not-so-spooky storytelling is a fantastic interactive show led by Aardvark Productions who encourage all of their audience to come dressed for the occasion in their best horror costumes!
Surgery Through The Centuries
Ideal for those with a strong stomach and an interest in the macabre! Discover a myriad of surgical procedures from throughout the centuries with the help of Hands on History for an eye-opening, and often squelchy, look at just how far modern medicine has come! Beware, this event has been created to be very realistic, and does come with sound effects!

If you are bored of all your local haunts, stake out the fun at Drusillas Park over the Halloween period. We’ve conjured up some fang-tastically spooky surprises to keep your little horrors half term happy.

Enjoy the fairground at night with a spooky theme as you experience the magical nature of Hollycombe’s Edwardian fairground as the sights, sounds and smells all come alive as darkness falls! Come dressed to scare!

Marwell Zoo's resident wizard is putting trainee flyers through their paces to earn their Level 3 broomstick license. Sessions last 20 minutes and take place each day in the 'flying arena' on the front lawn of Marwell hall on a first come first served basis.

October 23-29 2018, The Halloween Monster Quest at Leeds Castle, Maidstone, Kent, ME17 1PL

This October Half Term help Monster Hunter Valerie Van Helsing on a quest through the Castle grounds to investigate ‘The Case of the Halloween Monster’ but watch out for Halloween bandits along the way!

Find our characters hiding across the estate from 11am to 1pm and again from 2pm to 4pm. Lookout for Vinnie the Vampire and Frank Frankenstein amongst others! Complete your trail card and claim your chocolate reward.

For the second year, 2:09 Events is celebrating Halloween on Sunday October 28th with a terrifying 10K hosted by Denbies Vineyard near Dorking in Surrey. We have a dastardly route waiting for you that undulates over paved tracks and off-road trails and meanders in and out of the vineyards. There will be carved pumpkins to show you the way to the haunted woods where we have a few surprises in store for you.
