- Wellbeing & mindfulness sessions
- Food, picnics and community areas
- Quiet and sensory spaces for attendees who need them
Challenge Events
Choose from: 100m, 1K, 5K, 10K or the SuperSensory. Walk, push or run – there are no
cut off times. Mobility aids and assistance animals are welcome, where everybody can
'Start Together, Finish Whenever'. Everybody who starts receives a medal, goody bag
and t-shirts.
Our innovative SuperSensory supports neurodiversity and participants with profound
and multiple learning disabilities to exercise their senses over a series of challenges
such as engaging with sound, taste, touch, & smell.
This year will also see the return of the Greatest Dancer Challenge, a mass
participation dance for everyone to show off their best moves.
Join the movement, celebrate inclusion, and be part of something bigger than a run. ♀️
