This exhibition tells the story of one of Britain’s best-loved picture books, The Tiger Who Came to Tea. Explore our interactive exhibition, facsimile art work, immerse yourselves in the world of Sophie and enjoy a cup of tea with the Tiger.
The exhibition will be open during regular museum opening hours (check website for updates).

Experience an interactive exhibition featuring artwork from Judith Kerr’s classic picture book. An exhibition from Seven Stories, The National Centre for Children's Books. Supported using public funding by Arts Council England.

The newly redevelopment museum has enabled the showcasing of many more items in the collection than have been on display before.
