Christmas comes to life at The Lexicon on Friday, November 21, 2025, with the return of the town centre's festive lights. Santa will appear at the top of an eight-metre double-decker red bus to turn on the lights at 5.30pm.
Opening Saturday, November 22, Santa's Grotto will return to The Lexicon, set in a beautiful winter forest. Friendly fauns and cheerful elves will guide families through enchanting storytelling and a hologram show on the journey to Santa's woodland grotto.
A glittering gift selfie station will offer the perfect photo backdrop, with visitors invited to enter The Lexicon's 'Snap, Tag and Share' competition throughout the festive period. Families can also join a free trail to search for hidden presents for the chance to win one of three £50 gift cards.
The Lexicon Express will be lit with dazzling fairy lights, while the much-loved Festive Market will return, with wooden huts offering gifts, food and drinks. Visitors can also look forward to plenty of live music and seasonal entertainment.
