Love Cheese? Love wine? Why not come along to our cheese and wine matching evenings and learn more about the best cheese and wine pairings to enjoy at home.
We will be exploring a range of delicious cheeses and matching them with some of our favourite wines from around the globe.
We will also talk about food and wine matching gen ineral, and you'll pick up some really good tips to take away and practice at home.
During the evening we will try 6 different cheese and wine combinations, all aimed at wines that you can enjoy at home.
Matches we have loved before include:
Goats cheese and Sauvignon Blanc
Chaource with Champagne
Camembert with Pinot Noir
Washed rind cheese (eg Pont L'Eveque or Reblochon) with Pinot Gris
Farmhouse Cheddar with red Bordeaux
Stilton with Tawny Port
All our cheeses are provided for us by The Grumpy Goat or sourced from our favourite producers around the country. They are a local & independent business specialising in amazing cheeses.
This evening also makes for the perfect gift for the foodie in your life!
Anyone booking one of our courses can also receive a 20% discount on their bill using code: TVWINESCHOOL when booking at TheCornStores.
