The change of seasons offers a potent opportunity to pause, reflect, and realign. As the pace of summer fades, autumn invites us to slow down, replenish our energy, and set meaningful intentions for the months ahead.
On the eve of the Autumn Equinox - when day and night stand in perfect balance - your host Maura warmly welcomes you here at Wasing Estate for a celebration of harvest, transformation, and connection. This profound seasonal threshold is a powerful moment to honour our personal harvests, embrace change, and seek greater balance in our lives as we prepare for the season to come.
Our special gathering features a grounding Autumn Flow Yoga practice (including Somatic Movements and breathwork), use of essential oils and self massage, a silent woodland walk and hilltop meditation, a cacao ritual with time to journal, reflect and set intentions, Restorative Yoga and a luxuriously long relaxation (including light, massage-like touches). Wholesome treats are also included, as well as your take-home seasonal reflections.
This half day retreat takes place at our beautiful Pavilion Yoga studio.
Groups are small, with lots of space and personal attention. No experience is necessary and beginners are very welcome. Yoga mats, props, blankets and eye pillows are all provided.
