Special £100 B&B per room festive rate for family and friends
Escape all the hard work over Christmas and bring friends and family for a traditional Christmas or Boxing Day lunch at the Macdonald Berystede Hotel & Spa, near Ascot. To celebrate Christmas Day, you can choose from two dining options, either a gourmet six course lunch in the stylish AA Rosette Hyperion Restaurant created by head chef Gordon Inglis and his brigade, or a relaxed five course family lunch menu in the Eton & Windsor Suite. Both have plenty of Christmas cheer with party hats, crackers and novelties plus a personalised gift for each child, hand delivered by Santa Claus.
The sumptuous six-course menu starts with pheasant terrine, which is followed by a white crab and coriander ravioli while the main course is either filet of beef or roast breast of turkey with all the trimmings. Traditional plum pudding with brandy sauce, a cheese platter and freshly brewed coffee with mince pies complete the feast. The price for this superb yuletide lunch is £89 per adult and £27.50 for youngsters 12 years and under.
The five-course menu in the Eton & Windsor Suite is similar but begins with a lobster terrine and smoked salmon, and misses out the intermediate course. It’s priced at £75 for adults and £20 for children.
Boxing Day Festivities
For those who prefer not to cater for themselves on Boxing Day, the Berystede Hotel will also be laying on a choice of two delicious lunches both offering a wide selection of dishes. Choose from either three-courses served in the Hyperion Restaurant at £35 per adult and £17 per child, or a festive gourmet buffet in the Windsor & Eton Suite at £32.50 or £15.

Dependent which menu you select, the mains will include roast sirloin of beef or loin of outdoor reared pork, fillet of salmon or bream, or a cold platter; all festive menus will also include a vegetarian option.
Extra Guests over Christmas
If you have extra friends and family joining you for lunch at the Macdonald Berystede but not enough space for them to stay in your own home, why not take advantage of the hotel’s special festive accommodation rate from just £100 per room per night B&B for two sharing; this is also available for dining guests.
