About

It's a rare town indeed that can boast two of the UK's top 20 favourite attractions yet Windsor is not only home to the world famous Windsor Castle, but also the children's fun park Legoland® Windsor Resort.

Both these top attractions offer totally different – but equally memorable – family days out!

Windsor's historic town centre is dominated by the stunning Windsor Castle. Built in the age of William the Conqueror, Windsor is an enormous construction – and the oldest castle in continuous occupation in the world. There's plenty to discover with an inclusive audio guide. Make sure you don't miss Changing the Guard – a classic Windsor Castle tradition.

Of course, there's plenty more things to do in Windsor. Windsor Great Park is one of the best green spaces in the country covering 4,800 acres parts of which are open to the public. Wander amongst 35-acres of immaculate flowerbeds and lawns of The Savill Garden, enjoy afternoon tea in The Savill Garden Kitchen, or head out amongst the ancient oaks of the deer park.  Alternatively, climb on board a riverboat and float along the beautiful River Thames.

For evening entertainment there are dozens of excellent restaurants, as well as traditional pubs and bars. You can eat a great meal before heading to the Theatre Royal Windsor, a stunning Edwardian theatre that attracts some of the best plays and musicals direct from the West End. If you're looking somewhere to stay then Casa By Grace are proud to welcome guests to come and stay at this beautiful, unique Grade II listed property in Old Windsor. This unique house is soaked in history dating back to 1876 when it was built and used as part of the Old Windsor Tapestries factory where Queen Victoria had her tapestries repaired.
