WATERCOLOUR MASTERCLASS IN THE GARDENS

Under the expert tuition of an award winning watercolour artist, John Wiltshire, we can arrange for your group to have a day's painting and tuition in the gardens under his gentle guidance.

This would include a 4 hours session with the tutor for groups of 15 or less. Subject to availability.

Costs: £200 for a 4 hours tutored session plus normal group admission rates. Group size 15-18.

WOODLAND TRAIL

Join our experienced guide in the Woodland Trail for the day and....
Find out how does a Tree Grow, Learn the Cyril the Squirrel rhyme,
Shake an Oak, Make a Food Web, Learn to identify trees by leaf, bud,
bark and smell, Write a Tree House poem, and more...

Costs: £180 plus normal child group entrance rates. Available to groups of 15+.

NEW SPECIAL GROUPS MENUS

Special groups menu offering a 2 course hot food menu with Tea or Coffee
served in the Garden Tea Room for group sizes of 15-50.
Sample menu:
Salmon Fishcakes with Homemade Coleslaw and Leaf Salad
or Bangers and Mash with Onion Gravy
or Vegetarian Lasagne (V) and
Bakewell Tart and Custard or Fresh Fruit Salad with Double Cream
£11.75 per person

For groups of 50-80, or those looking for more of a dining experience, we can offer a special 2 or 3 course menu, with wine and coffee, which can be served in a uniquely atmospheric environment of the original 14th century solar, named the Sunderland Room (subject to availability). Two courses: £20.00, three courses £25.00.
