Listed in the Domesday Book and originally the site of a manor for the Saxon royal family, Leeds Castle has been a Norman stronghold, royal residence for 6 of the medieval Queens of England, palace of Henry VIII and a 1920s country retreat. Plus 500 acres of parkland, gardens and attractions which include a maze, underground grotto, dog collar museum, falconry displays and aviary. home to over 100 rare and endangered species of birds, guarantee a great day out.
