Capstone Farm Country Park
Country / Royal Park
Capstone covers 114 hectares of former farmland on the North Downs and boasts a variety of habitats including ancient woodlands, old orchards, a freshwater lake, meadows and hedgerows.
Capstone has a mountain bike course, and hosts the annual Cancer Reasearch UK Race for Life.
Facilities at the park include:
- accessible visitor centre with toilets;
- education room;
- children's play areas;
- picnic facilities;
- an events programme for adults and children;
- fishing lake (a day ticket is required);
- car and coach parking;
- a horse riding trail.
