Tucked away in the gardens of a former farmhouse, Little Marshfoot is secluded purpose built, self-contained accommodation. Its interesting design embodies a range of 'green' or environmentally friendly features, yet provides the highest degree of convenience and comfort.
Adjacent to the Pevensey Levels (SSSI), yet only one mile from the centre of the market town of Hailsham, you are only six miles from the sea at Eastbourne. The south facing 'loggia' and patio capture the morning sun and are ideal for breakfasting 'al fresco' whilst enjoying the mature garden or for a barbecue later in the day.
Each en suite room (one double, one twin) has its own hairdryer, TV, VHS, DVD and CD player, and there is free broadband, making it an ideal location to escape from busy urban life whilst keeping in touch with the outside world.
The open plan sitting/dining room/ kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard with fridge freezer, dishwasher, washer/tumbler drier, microwave, gas hob and electric fan oven. All linen, bedding and fuel are included in the price, and there is off road parking. We are able to supply ready meals on request.
Adjacent to '1066 Country,’ the coast and the Seven Sisters, Little Marshfoot is equally ideal for families, ramblers, cyclists, birdwatchers, and for those who want to travel further afield.
Take A22 to Hailsham & into town centre. After 1/2 mile turn right at mini roundabout. Continue to no. 141 & turn left immediately into farm track which is signed as a footpath. After 250yds turn into parking space by wooden building.
