The Ashdown Forest is close-by providing excellent walks and is an ideal touring centre. The spectacular Beacon Golf Club is also within a few minutes walk. The lodge is very well decorated and furnished and, although small, serve''s as an excellent holiday home. Park in lay-by by side of lodge or on private drive with garage. Enter via small courtyard garden (enclosed), to small dining room, through to living room with colour television & video recorder. Small excellent fully fitted oak effect kitchen to rear (with views), rear door to utilities and storage. Stairs from living room to first floor. Large front dble-bed room, 2nd large twin-bedroom to rear with views. Both bedrooms have dressing tables, with mirrors & wardrobes. Full bathroom with power shower over bath, wc, basin. Full gas ch/hw. 2 bedrooms, cot provided with bedding, if required. All utilities included in price of rent.

Road Directions
From Tunbridge Wells approach Crowborough on A26. At traffic lights turn left into High Street & take first right up hill to a roundabout. Go straight over 2 mini roundabouts & take first right into Southview Road & continue until road forks into Harlequin Lane. The Old House & Cleeve Lodge are on the left on that bend.
From south on A26 as you appraoch Crowborough look out for golf club. Take Southview Road on right. Harlequin Lane is third turing on the right.
