Situated in the town centre and set over three floors, Dover Museum is the district's largest and most varied museum and has a range of fascinating real objects, models and original pictures showing the history and archaeology of Dover.

See the oldest known sea-going vessel, the Bronze Age Boat thought to be some 3,500 years old.  This stunning archaeological find is now housed in an award-winning gallery at Dover Museum just yards from where it was discovered in 1992.
