After being closed for a 6 month refurbishment, Sea Life Brighton are pleased to announce that they re-opened their doors 13th May with the addition of Jellyfish Discovery & a Behind The Scenes tour. As well as these new experiences, we are sporting a brand new admissions area, shop & toilet facilities. 2012 is also the aquarium’s 140th anniversary so look out for special events and offers throughout the year!
Jelly Disco
Unlike most other marine creatures, and despite their stunning beauty and great variety, jellyfish are rarely given the attention they deserve. Now you can marvel at their infinite colors, graceful motion and ghost-like forms in a spellbinding spectacle that reveals their mysterious lives and world in a totally new light.
Behind The Scenes tour
See first hand how we care for over 1,500 sea creatures with an exclusive ‘Behind The Scenes tour!’ This interactive experience will immerse you into our working world where you will be shown how life support, filtration and water quality systems work, how food is prepared for the animals, plus breeding and research areas.

Road Directions
From M23, follow signs for Sea Life Centre and seafront, situated adjacent to Brighton Pier.
There is pay and display parking at Madeira Drive - £1 per hour.
Public Transport Directions
Nearest station: Brighton is 1 mile. Walk straight down to the seafront and turn left. Sea Life is adjacent to the Pier.
