Colin and Miriam, the resident proprietors, welcome you to their small, friendly and relaxed, family run, realistically priced, guest house, which has been run by them since 1978. Complete with own car park with easy access.
Homestead is situated just 200 yards from the beach and the lovely Marine Park Gardens, cand is convenient for shops, banks and main bus routes.
10 minutes walk from Bognor Regis town centre and well situated for visiting local places of interest and nearby resorts.
Full English Breakfast (early breakfast by arrangement) and four course evening meal available (with prior notice please).
All food is home cooked and only fresh produce used.
Colour TV in all rooms. Full central heating. Own keys with access at all times.

From the M27 take the A27 to Chichester and then the A259 to Bognor Regis. From the seafront go in a westerly direction from the pier, going over a small roundabout and through a set of traffic lights on a crossroads. Stay on this road for another quarter of a mile. At the next crossroads. The Homestead Guest House is on the right hand side corner. Turn right in front of Homestead for car park entrance.
