East Beach Guest House
East Beach Guest House is a gorgeous beach front family run bed & breakfast opposite a European Blue Flag beach, on the West Sussex coast and only a 5 minute stroll from Littlehampton shopping centre.
The 1890’s Victorian terrace boasts 9 boutique style rooms and all have en-suite bathrooms renovated to a high standard. Feel at home in our bright and airy dining room with fabulous sea views where your breakfast is served, including a cold buffet with fruit juices, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals and of course a full English breakfast or vegetarian option.
All the rooms feature flat screen television, hospitality trays, central heating and hairdryers, thick fluffy bath towels and toiletries are provided in all en suite bathrooms that are beautifully tiled with modern equipment.
There is a studio apartment plus king, twin, double, single and family rooms.
The ground floor studio apartment or 1 bedroom apartment sleeps 2-5 people and has a kitchen, bathroom and courtyard. The apartment is available on a self catering basis, without breakfast included and has a 3 night minimum stay during peak season (discounts for stays of more than three nights).
Free parking is available. However, for stays of three nights or more we can provide a parking permit for the car park across the road, subject to availability.
We are situated a few minutes from the Arun river front, with food ranging from excellent fish and chips to gourmet Thai cuisine.
The Harbour Amusement Park is across the road, laid out as a ‘New England’ fishing village, with attractions like roller coasters water chutes and the Horror Hotel, as well as classics like dodgems or the Waltzer, it’s a perfect day out for the whole family.
The historic market town of Arundel, boasting a beautiful river and a majestic castle is close by.
We are also conveniently located for attending classic car and horse racing events at Goodwood and Littlehampton is perfect for fishing, diving, kite & wind surfing and outdoor recreation.

Regular daily services to / from London Victoria and Gatwick Airport.
Stagecoach buses also operate regular daily services including the 700 Coastliner service calling at all towns and most villages along the coast, including Littlehampton, between Portsmouth and Brighton.
