Our house is non smoking throughout and we regret that we do not take children or pets.
Felpham village offers a good choice of pubs, restaurants and cafes and is convenient for Arundel, Bognor Regis, Chichester, Fontwell, Goodwood and the South Downs.

Road Directions
From the A29 (north) or the A259 (west):
Having reached the outskirts of Bognor Regis, continue on the A259 following the signs to Littlehampton and turn off into Felpham at the roundabout with the entrance to Butlins. Follow the road round a sharp bend to the left taking the third turning on the right - Admiralty Road. At the end of the road turn left into Blake's Road, then right into Bereweeke Road; we are the second property on the right.
From the A259 (east):
Follow the A259 from Littlehampton, which brings you into Felpham. As you enter Felpham turn left at the roundabout; turn right at the next roundabout. At the second set of pedestrian crossing lights, turn left into Summerley Lane. Stay on this road where it turns sharply to the right (Limmer Lane). Continue along Limmer Lane until you reach a fork in the road; bear left into Vicarage Lane. At the sharp bend by The Fox pub, turn left into Blake's Road, then left into Bereweeke Road; we are the second property on the right.
Public Transport Directions
Local Stagecoach Buses stop on the main road through the village providing regular daily services into Bognor Regis and also along the coast to Chichester, Portsmouth,Littlehampton, Worthing & Brighton with the Coastliner 700 Bus.
Mainline rail station at Bognor Regis (10 minute taxi ride) with regular daily services from London Victoria, Gatwick Airport and towns between Brighton and Portsmouth
