Hotham Park

Benches under the trees at Hotham Park

Located not far from the town centre, Hotham Park is where, Sir Richard Hotham, the creator of Bognor (later Regis), built his house in 1792.

The house (not now open to the public) is surrounded by gardens and specimen trees from around the world and has just undergone an extensive regeneration following a 2.2 million pound Lottery Grant.

The grounds are open to the public all year round and include a brand new Boating Lake, Mediterranean and Tropical Gardens, children's play area, miniature railway (with wheelchair access), putting green and crazy golf.

Just five minutes walk from Bognor Regis Town Centre, and two minutes from the seafront and Butlins Resort, it's a delightful place to while away the day at little or no cost!

Free admission with just a small charge for use of the concessionary facilities.

Pack a picnic and relax in lovely, peaceful surroundings away from the real world!
