Discover the fascinating story of Sandwich, the most complete medieval town in England, in the company of friendly and knowledgeable volunteer guides from Sandwich Local History Society.

Follow in the footsteps of Viking and French raiders, England’s most famous martyr, armies bound for Crecy and Agincourt, and countless kings and queens - Sandwich has seen them all!

A guided tour can take around two hours but each tour is tailored to your interests and requirements. Group tours can be arranged but because the town has narrow streets and pavements, larger groups will be split into smaller ones, each with its own guide. 

Please note there is a minimum charge of £15 per group (or £5 per person).
