Open Summer Sundays, fun and educational days out suitable for all ages!

Come along and support a great cause! 

Meet our rescued horses, ponies, and donkeys 

Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee and super homemade cake in our tea shop 

Browse and grab a bargain in our second hand shop, including second hand tack and rugs

Brush up on your horsey knowledge and welfare matters in our Education Room

Try your hand at grooming a pony or watch a demonstration (weather dependant) (12-1pm, 2-3pm)

Take a stroll on our Field Walk, see the local wildlife and visit our equines in their herds

Talk to us about sponsoring, loaning, or helping us

Get help and guidance on horsey matters from our knowledgeable team

And coming soon, the Horseman’s Academy – learn basic handling skills and receive a certificate!

Road Directions

From the A26, follow signs to Uckfield town centre. Proceed up the High Street going out of town and turn right onto Brown’s Lane just past the petrol station. Follow Brown's Lane and turn left onto Hempstead Lane. Go all the way to the end of Hempstead Lane and turn left through double metal gates just before the level crossing. 

From the A22, follow signs to Uckfield town centre and turn left onto Brown’s Lane. Follow Brown's Lane and turn left onto Hempstead Lane. Go all the way to the end of Hempstead Lane and turn left through double metal gates just before the level crossing. 

Turnings into Brown's Lane and Hempstead Lane are marked with road signs on open days. 


Public Transport Directions

By train to Uckfield Railway Station, walk up the High Street and turn right onto Brown’s Lane, then turn left onto Hempstead Lane

By bus from Brighton, Lewes, and Tunbridge Wells (Brighton & Hove buses 29/29A) to either Brown’s Lane or Uckfield Bus Station
