Sauna At The Farm is a beautiful outdoor wood fired sauna and cold immersion experience available for private hire.
You can hire the sauna and hot tub area for up to 6 people at a time. Leah will be there to guide you through the use of the sauna, cold shower or cold plunge. Followed by some relaxation in the hot tub and a nice warm shower.
The wood fired sauna and hot tub area are a new addition to Fitness At The Farm: an outdoor fitness business which offers a full weekly timetable of group exercise classes, as well as private fitness and wellness bookings.
You have the option to combine both fitness and the sauna experience for a half or full day of activities including circuits, team building, yoga, meditation and hot and cold immersion therapy.
Easy access from the A34. Exit at the Marcham Rd Interchange. Drive through Marcham along the A415 and continue across Frilford Crossroads. Drive up Kingston Rd (A415) and take the last right-hand turn in to the farm drive before you reach Millets Farm Centre.
Easy access from the A420. Drive through Kingston Bagpuize along the A415: the farm is the first left-hand turn after you pass Millets Farm Centre.
Enter at the farm entrance and follow the drive all the way down as far as you can go without turning off. The drive bends round to the right and then left, keeping the cream coloured farmhouse on your right. You will reach a circular, gravelled parking area. There is ample parking available. The Tipi is down a short path on your left in the Fitness At The Farm field.
